Guji Birbirsa Kojowa

In the misty highlands of West Guji, the Birbirsa Kojowa farm flourishes at an altitude of 2,042 meters above sea level (masl). Here, wild forest coffee breathes the scent of nature itself. Over 200 raised drying beds cradle beans handpicked by local farmers — each one processed with care and patience.

Guji Hambela Dimtu

Dimtu, located in Guji Hambela at 2,100 masl. This land, enriched by volcanic soil and mountain sunlight, produces coffee with bold flavors and silky sweetness a perfect balance born of fertile earth and cool highland air.

At Buku Abel, nestled in Guji Hambela (2,365 masl), lies the heart of our organic production. Towering native shade trees nurture biodiversity and protect the delicate coffee plants, ensuring a cup rich in purity and natural sweetness.

Buku Saysa, also in Guji Hambela (2,286 m asl), is a community-driven site employing more than 150 local workers. Here, sustainability and tradition come together — every step of the process blends human touch with environmental respect.

Further south in Guji Hambela (2,019 m asl), Benti Nenka thrives in symbiosis with nature. The coffee grows under tall indigenous trees rooted in fertile red soil, producing beans that reflect both the strength of the land and the care of the people.

Bishan Fugu, standing proudly in Guji Hambela (2,154 m asl), is renowned for its naturally processed coffee. Its beans deliver deep fruity tones and floral complexity, capturing the authentic spirit of Ethiopian coffee craftsmanship.

Moving westward to Abaya Woreda (1,928m asl), the GujiFoge valley bathes in sunlight. Known for its sweet, balanced profile, this site supports over 300 smallholder farmers whose collective effort produces harmony in every cup.

In Hambela Wamena (2,115m asl), Dekitu represents our most intimate and family-oriented site. Generations of farmers hand-sort each cherry with pride, carrying forward Ethiopia’s timeless coffee tradition with unmatched precision.

Guji Shekiso, Tero (2,015 m asl) thrives as a legendary site where ancient coffee varieties flourish under mist and mountain shade. The resulting coffee is complex, aromatic, and deeply expressive of Ethiopian a true tribute to our heritage.
