Our single-origin coffees are highly praised for their extremely varied characteristics and flavor profiles. These wonderful beans hail from the washing and dry mill collection centers in our collection sites: Yirgacheffe Chelchelle Site, Yirgacheffe Foge Site, and several from the Guji Hambella locations, such as Dimtu Site, Benti Nenka Site, Buku Saysa Site, Buku Abel Site, and Bishan Fugu Site.

These sites share a very confined range of altitude and consequently, soils, characteristics, and tastings are similar. The taste is further expanded through the local ecosystems, including intercrop varieties, wildlife, and native flora, and the periods of flowering and harvest seasons.

Our beans all come from identified farmers whose practices can be traced to ensure quality and integrity in every cup. We offer a full profile of every coffee to give you a window into the terroir, varietal, and processing of our single-origin selections.
